Participation occurs when you have sent an email with the requested details, completed an entry form, or performed the requested action, depending on the type of giveaway campaign. From that moment on, you have a chance to win.

Each participant can participate with a maximum of one.

Participants are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when participating.

The duration of the giveaway promotion is: from October 18th, 00:01 to November 5th, 23:59. During this period, participants who follow the promotion rules and regulations will stand a chance to win the grand prize of one Agent Pro snowboard. The winner will be announced after the end of the giveaway promotion.

To participate, a participant must have a minimum age of 18 years. All other participants are excluded from participation. Only participants residing in the United States & Canada will have a chance to win the prize.

The drawing of the winner will be done randomly and in an impartial manner.

Winners will be personally notified within one business day after the close of the giveaway promotion via email.

No correspondence will be entered into about the results.

Rome Snowboards may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, change or modify these giveaway promotion conditions during the promotion period, or change or modify the giveaway promotion without giving any reason.

Prizes are not exchangeable for money or other goods.

The personal data obtained in the context of the giveaway promotion will be used by Rome Snowboards for the giveaway promotion and will not be provided to third parties. In case you opted-in for it by giving permission, Rome Snowboards is allowed to contact you for marketing purposes.
